Beth Langhauser, owner and president of Concrete Pumpers Network (Midwest LLC), is a Hall of Fame honoree recognized for her lasting impact on the concrete pumping industry. A graduate of the University of Iowa, Beth began her career through a temporary position that quickly evolved into a lifelong passion, thanks to mentorship and her own determination to learn every aspect of the business. Over more than two decades, she rose from administrative roles to leadership, ultimately becoming a business owner and a respected industry voice. Beth made history as the first female president of the American Concrete Pumping Association, where she helped shape safety standards and industry practices—including advocating for critical changes that improved job site safety. Today, she continues to support the industry through consulting, education and leadership, driven by a commitment to excellence, safety and the strong relationships she has built along the way.
